Mr. Sanjeev Singh, Founder of the company has 25 years of experience and has contested many challenging lawsuits involving complex matters and has won such cases also. We have impeccably credentialed legal counsels, technical professionals who provide legal solutions and advices to our clients in all facets of IP. Rathore and Rathore is an IP firm with a team of qualified experts who are competent, experienced in the protection of your IP assets and litigation involving contentious debates before various forums. We have carried out thousand of patent, trademark, copyright filing, execution of actions and successful grants and prosecution since our foundation. Our work is acknowledged by our clients as remarkable and cost effective. Our team comprises of 25 Lawyers, 5 technical members and 10 paralegals currently operating from five locations namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmadabad and Indore in India.
